How airlines deal with 'customers of size'

- I think that "people of size" need to be more considerate of their fellow passengers. It all stems from the "me me me" society of today - people talking loudly on cell phones, not realizing it disturbs others, parents letting their kids run amok, etc.
Maybe, a reason to travel by train, again

- I just went from NYC - Rochester. Trip going there? Other than a stinky bathroom, it was great! Coming come? 2 hour delay (however, they made TONS of too-loud announcements thanking us for our patience), stinky bathrooms, unstocked cafe car and rude service...not great.
